By accessing or using Academun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the service without our express written permission.
• You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

When you submit content — including reviews, notes, or profile information — you grant Academun a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service. You retain ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

All course content, platform code, design, and branding are owned by Academun or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not download, copy, share, sell, or redistribute course content without explicit written permission from Academun and the relevant instructor.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
• We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions if you are unsatisfied.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Instructors who create and publish courses on Academun agree to our Instructor Agreement, which governs content standards, revenue sharing, and intellectual property rights. All course content must be original and must not infringe on third-party rights. Academun reserves the right to remove or delist any course that violates our quality or content standards.

Academun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from courses, including employment or certification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Academun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct harmful to the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
